Zusammenfassung
Beschreibung
- Du übernimmst Backoffice-Aufgaben für den Bereich System Integration.
- Du richtest Arbeitsplätze, Drucker und weitere IT-Hardware ein und nimmst sie in Betrieb.
- Du unterstützt bei der Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software.
- Du hilfst dabei, wiederkehrende Aufgaben durch kleine Automatisierungen effizienter zu gestalten.
- Du unterstützt unsere Kollegen bei internen IT-Anfragen und findest gemeinsam Lösungen.
- Du dokumentierst Prozesse und bringst deine Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer internen IT ein.
Qualifikationen
- Du bist immatrikuliert – idealerweise in einem Studiengang mit IT-Bezug, z. B. Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
- Du hast Interesse an IT-Infrastruktur, Systemintegration und technischen Zusammenhängen.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
- Du hast Spaß daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln.
- Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder in der Administration sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
